Can we be straight forward in telling the truth with our colleagues about anything or playing the game called “Politics” is essential. Any crooked path can never get things done, gets promotions anywhere. Even it does gets sometime it won’t last. As Truth always triumphs. Be true to your work, true to yourself, true to your reporting manager,true to your team leader, stay true to your clients. Tricks, politics, flattering words can’t get you to places. But hard work does. Commit yourself to the work. Make sure to excel in all your task, communications and projects. Go an extra mile in training yourself. Work while everyone is taking rest. Take control of your life. If it is work from home situation train yourself to finish the work before you take care of other household activities. Balance both. When you have to say the truth about anything in your company for the good of all, especially for your own good sake speak it out. Burying the truth can never solve any mystery. At work place be frank in admitting the faults of yours, be frank in asking right questions when someone treat you wrong. We, men and woman have to raise our voices when we face inconveniences which comes from our opposite genders. Burying the truth only results in the development of gossips. A workplace can never be a station for gossips. Break the barriers. Tell the truth. Tell it loud.
