The Personality Series II

These days some IT companies have started to use the personality test. These tests help them identify the person who fits their requirements. Some personalities are gifted with giving positive energy to their fellow workers. Where some are good at learning hard theories. Where some are excellent at understanding the codes. Where some are excellent in writing. Where some are having excellent people skills. Learning about people and their personalities will help us to avoid misunderstandings.

There are many types of personality tests. One of the most enjoyable ones is the Myers-Briggs test. This test was invented by a mother and daughter who worked together in doing their research on personalities. They developed sixteen possible combinations from the four dichotomies. They are Extraversion and Introversion, sensing and intuition, thinking and feeling and lastly judging and perceiving. One can train to learn some traits from inspiring leaders and can imbibe those into their personality. Though we are all unique and different we can learn the good traits from our fellow workers and leaders and start working on them.
