All of us would like to maintain good friendships in our workplace. In corporate we have a culture where we need to show our willingness to participate in company outings. As much as we maintain our values amongst them, we can participate. We need to respect others and just for the sake of our friendship with them. We can’t expect them to change their values for us. We work with people from all over the state. All of us have our own way of relating with each other at our workplace. We need to value everybody’s personal choices even if we are in a group outing. When on outing we should make sure to laugh with others and not laugh at others. It is good to be a person who brings cheer to all and not at the cost of embarrassing one. Be a leader who cheers and embraces everyone in the team besides their differences in their personalities. Our nation has already imbibed in us the tolerance to respect other faiths and other cultures. Let us incorporate the same in our companies. Let us celebrate the diversity among us. We are different and unique in our own ways.
