Do not abuse the company perks

As we all know, a company has various perks and benefits for its employees to ensure their well-being and provide a better work-life balance. While it is admirable to avail of these privileges, it is necessary to do so in a mindful manner and not be wasteful.

Most of the employees use perks and benefits responsibly and judiciously, but some rotten apples are abusing and misusing these privileges. Everyone should be mindful of the company’s expenses and use these perks and benefits in moderation.

It is important to remember that these perks and benefits are not to be abused or misused in any way. We should urge each other to be mindful of the associated costs when using the perks and benefits and build a culture of accountability.

Being wasteful and misusing them is not in the best interest of a company or any of its employees.
